SELFC board has taken a positive and constructive step by filing a revised application with regards to bifurcation and de-sealing of towers BCD

Dear Fellow Customers of Block BCD,

 

For long, the writing on the wall with respect to BCD blocks has been demanding some logical thinking and handling of the matter. It became obvious once again in the unified plan submitted by promoters on 21.12.2017… that BCD were on their own to sink or swim! With the support and cooperation from the like minded customers and professionals, SELFC stepped in with a plan to salvage the situation and make it workable without too much of a lax period and before the project goes to seed! A workable solution has been undertaken with the best interests of the harassed and wearied customers in consideration without fear or favour, and towards a solution that is in a forward direction.

We are pleased to inform you all that SELFC board has taken a positive and constructive step by filing a revised application with regards to bifurcation and de-sealing of towers BCD. It was listed along with the main petition on 11/4/2018, and shall be again taken up on 18/4/2018. The application is requesting Hon’ble High Court of Delhi

A.    To Bifurcate and De-seal tower BCD,

B.    Keep our monetary claims from ANB alive, i.e. claims of 121 Cr as filed with OL, and

C.    All liabilities like HSIIDC dues etc. to remain with ANB and Promoters.

With a surge in demand of commercial space, our step is a positive and constructive one. To get to this stage lot of effort has gone in last 6 to 8 months. Few proactive customers worked really hard to keep even SELFC alive. The volunteer contribution is not only in terms of intellect but also financially! We just managed to avoid disqualification due to statutory financial compliances!

Just to let you all know this team has streamlined things slowly and has managed to:

– Get audit of FY 2016-17 completed

– Get Balance sheet of FY 2016-17 finalized and submitted with RoC

– Get ITR filed for FY 2016-17

It is time SELFC gets self sufficient and moves forward positively. We, at SELFC Board, are committed to pursue strategies that are in the best interest of Spire Edge owners. Your monetary contribution would only be utilized towards absolutely the minimum activities required to keep SELFC alive and to pursue strategies that would bring us closer to start getting returns on our investment. SELFC would never do anything to compromise any claims that all of us might have towards AN Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. Award of those claims would be subject to court order from Hon’ble Delhi High Court and thus is beyond SELFC.
